Miso Black Cod
In the marinade: miso, lemon juice, mirin, soy sauce, sugar, ground ginger. About 5 hours of marination.
It was tasty.

Scallops & Lentils
We made scallops w/brown butter and lemon juice in the cast iron pan. Zucchini was used to test out the pan prior to the scallops. Black caviar lentils were cooked in homemade chicken broth (2.5 to 1 ratio).
