Whole roast duck with orange sauce

- Didn't follow the foil instructions at the start of roasting, by accident. Maybe it would have helped.

- Roasted for 30 min + 10 min + 10 min and probably landed at medium-well breast temperatures. Could have cooked for less time (or with more foil).

- Should buy some five spice powder to simplify things. Wished I had added more cinnamon to my five-spice approximation.

- Borrowed some sherry in lieu of Shaoxing wine. Seemed fine.
