Veggie Bacon Frittata


Random weekend morning inspiration.  Loosely based on this:

Our substitutions:
- slightly antique chard leaves instead of leeks
- red pepper instead of artichokes
- no fontina

It spent about 8 min in the oven & turned out quite tasty!
